Store Use

You may use the store for lawful personal shopping and communication. Information submitted at checkout must be accurate and complete. Store security, account access, and checkout systems must not be disrupted, misused, or accessed through unauthorized methods.

Product Information

We provide product titles, photographs, descriptions, materials, dimensions, package contents, care information, availability, and prices so customers can make informed decisions. Colors may appear somewhat different depending on lighting and screen settings. Review product measurements and package contents before ordering. Accessories shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order requests the purchase of the selected products. We send an order confirmation after successful submission. The order is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or shipment. If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be completed, we will contact you and return any collected payment for the affected item to the original payment method.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The methods displayed at checkout may depend on the customer device and checkout eligibility. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

Shipping

Standard shipping throughout the United States is free. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard transit is normally 3–5 business days after shipment, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days. The business-day cut-off is 2:00 PM ET. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days. Full details appear in the Shipping Policy.

Returns Exchanges and Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. We accept returns of defective and non-defective products within the stated 30-day period. Direct exchanges are available, approved return and exchange shipping is paid by Custom Logic Solutions LLC, and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after return inspection.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Cancellation requests, address changes, and order changes may be requested before shipment by contacting support@nestorynhome.com or +1 610-691-7807. We will confirm whether the request was completed. Changes cannot be completed after the order has shipped, but the return process remains available after delivery.

Intellectual Property

The Nestoryn Home name, original product presentation, website text, graphics, photographs, and store materials are owned by or lawfully used by Custom Logic Solutions LLC. Commercial copying, republication, or misuse is not permitted without written authorization.

Company Responsibility

Custom Logic Solutions LLC accepts responsibility for operating Nestoryn Home, fulfilling accepted orders, providing the stated customer remedies, protecting personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, and meeting its obligations under applicable law. These terms do not reduce rights or remedies that cannot legally be reduced.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Custom Logic Solutions LLC and the transaction, including applicable United States federal law and California law. Customers retain any mandatory rights available under the law applicable to them. Questions or concerns should first be sent to customer service so we can review and resolve the matter.
