Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased from Nestoryn Home and explain pricing, payment, order acceptance, delivery, cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Seller

The seller is Custom Logic Solutions LLC, operating as Nestoryn Home, established January 12, 2026, with its business address at 3565 W Barstow Ave, Fresno, CA 93711, United States.

Product Information and Package Contents

Product pages identify the product title, description, materials, construction, dimensions, price, and package contents. Lifestyle-image accessories are not included unless expressly listed in the package contents.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout and must be authorized before processing. Accepted methods include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Order Acceptance

An order submission requests purchase of the selected products. We confirm receipt electronically. The sale is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or shipment. If we cannot complete an order, we will notify the customer and return collected payment for the affected item to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping throughout the United States is free. The business-day cut-off is 2:00 PM ET. Processing takes 1–2 business days, transit normally takes 3–5 business days, and the total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days.

Cancellation Address Changes and Order Changes

Contact support@nestorynhome.com or +1 610-691-7807 before shipment to request a cancellation, address correction, or order change. We will confirm whether the request was completed. After shipment, the published return process remains available.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns of defective and non-defective products may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Authorized products must be handed to the carrier within 14 days after authorization. Original packaging is not required, no restocking fee is charged, and Custom Logic Solutions LLC pays approved return and exchange shipping. Direct exchanges are permitted subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after return receipt and inspection. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Company Responsibility and Customer Rights

Custom Logic Solutions LLC is responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and providing the remedies stated in these terms and required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms of Sale reduces customer rights or company obligations that cannot lawfully be reduced.
