Order Support

For faster support, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. Cancellation, address-change, and order-change requests can be processed only before shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Contact support@nestorynhome.com before returning an item. After approval, we provide the authorized return address, instructions, and a prepaid label to download and print. We accept eligible returns of defective and non-defective products and permit direct exchanges. Custom Logic Solutions LLC pays approved return and exchange shipping.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
